Why does brewing use hops and when are they used?
Hops are the main flavouring of all Tryst ales. There are many different types of hops with different flavours and aromas. They are used both during the boiling stage to give a bitterness to the beer. They can also be added at the end of the boil to add aroma and the more obvious flavours of all Tryst ales. |
