Original Brewery Equipment
The brewery equipment was originally a part of the Berkley Brewery in Manchester, sadly no longer around. It was purchased on a trip down to Manchester and consisted of:- - A ten-barrel gas fired Boiler
- Hot Liquor Tank
- Two Fermenting Vessels
- Conditioning tanks
- Pump
- loads of pipe work...
On returning a small industrial unit was found in Larbert and rented from Lite Engineering Ltd.
Ready for production in 2004 A few months was spent putting it back together and in 2004 after upgrading both it and the unit it was ready for production. Since then some small and some necessary enhancements have been made to ensure the storage, quality and supply of the beer is kept and maintained to the highest of standards so you get the most enjoyment from the pint in your local.
Moved into bottled beers
Once the brewing process was running smoothly, and after many request from enthusiasts, a small bottling plant was put in place and it would appear to have been successful judging by the awards our bottle conditioned beers have received.
